One day while working on my goals and dreams, I had an epiphany. Of course, it was after about 2 weeks of sleepless nights and not realizing I was severely dehydrated and mentally drained.

I said to myself “Girl how are you going to be successful in your business if you’re unsuccessful in taking care of yourself.” Myself was right. I can’t be any good to anyone or anything if I am not physically and mentally OKAY!!! here is what I had to do to maintain my business and my sanity. We will go into more detail over the next few weeks as we focus on mindin' our internal business discussing the following...

-Healthy sleep habits

-Exercise/Meditation

-Staying Hydrated

-Seeking Counseling/Therapy as Needed
